Thai Beef ingredients 2 cups rice3/4 cup beef broth 3 tbs. peanut butter 1 tbs. soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut 1/4 inch thick 1 medium bell pepper, cut in 1" pieces directions Cook riceWhisk together broth, peanut butter, soy sauce and lemon pepper in small bowl Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-heat until hot. Add beef, cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink. Add green pepper, cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in peanut sauce until well blended. Serve over hot rice.
