ingredients

6 chicken breast quarters, skin removed
salt
pepper
1/3 cup margarine, melted (optional)
3 cups Aunt Bess's Barbecue Sauce, heated

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken breast quarters in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush with margarine, if desired. Cover tightly with aluminum foil; bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, or until tender. Remove foil; pour off drippings. Pour hot barbecue sauce over chicken to serve.

Yield: 6 servings
