No Peek Beef Tips

ingredients

2 lb. beef tips (beef stew meat) 1 inch cubes
1 cup Ginger Ale
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

directions

Pour into heavy pan or dish; cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Uncover stir, and place back in oven for 30 minutes.

Serve hot over rice or wide egg noodles tossed with butter.
