Laurens District (Abbeville) S.C., 1822 Father: William Henry Caldwell, Sr. - b. same place m. Martha Bailey I have John Madison Caldwell's biography that descibes our family descending from three brothers that came from Ireland to the U.S. One brother settled in NJ, One in VA and One in NC. We come from the Caldwell brother that settled in NC. Common first names: William, James, David, John. Any information on previous ancestors would be greatly appreciated....I am willing to share what I have!

I am unable to access your geneaolgy tree. I have tried twice and my computer froze up both times. I have been able to access just about every other point in your site. I would like to know if you have information concerning Smith and Granville CALDWELL w o m Eve and Catherine ROBINSON in Botetourt County VA in 1808 and 1813. I would also like to know if you have any information about a William ROBINSON/ROBERTSON who m Caroline or Carlina CALDWELL. This should have occurred about 1830 in VA or OH.
