My grandfather was Emery Roland Caldwell. I have some information: D.O.B.10-8-1904? At Pittsburgh, PA. He served in the Navy 3/31/1923-10/6/1927, on the USS Texas, USS Oklahoma, USS Melville, USS S.P.Lee, USS Young, USS Henshaw. Served in the USNR-Ninth
Naval District 2/8/1928-2/7/1932. Emery was married on 4/11/1928 at Our Lady of Angels, San Diego, CA. to Ruth Julia Achatz. I'm looking for any information on Emery and his parents families. I believe he had a sister named Sarah.

I am looking for roots of Edgar C. Caldwell. He wrote his birth date as May 18, 1892 Greenville, SC. However, there is nothing in the census. He was African American. Did the Caldwell's own slaves and are there any records left of who they were?

30,1910 in Scott Co. City of Waldron.Arkansas Father was Joseph B. Clement mother was Laura Hunt, there were 5 siblings alive at omers birth. Omer died on or about 9-25-50 in or near arkansas his body was returned to Cal and he was buried in Tulare Co.
