I am the number ten out of eleven. My mother name is PairLee (Roby) Caldwell Gillion. My father name is Fred Caldwell and grandfather name is Ed Caldwell. I have a brother name Phillip Caldwell that I have never met. I have been trying to find him but, haven't been able to. My Grandfather had three brothers Fred, Napholeon, and Ezekiel Caldwell. My mothers maiden name is Caldwell. I have been unable to trace my Caldwells beyound David Caldwell b. abt 1767 VA. David 1st married Elizabeth Kelly 05 May 1794 Knox Co. TN. David and Elizabeth Kelly were divorced in 1797. David 2nd married Elizabeth Givens 25 Oct 1800 in Blount Co., TN. I am descended from the second marriage. I have also seen another story of the Origins of the Caldwell family. It came from a book by the name of "David Caldwell 1705-1781 And His Descendants in he United States of America" edited by William W. Caldwell published 1987. The story was said to have come from "Historical Sketch of the Caldwell Family" By William Arthur Porter, Minneapolis, MN. The copy printed in the book came from a copy in the poss ssion of Mr. George E. Caldwell, Boc 133, Williamsville, IL. Date of the original typewritten sketch is not given.

My great grandmother was Victoria Caldwell b. 23 Dec 1894, her parents were Frances "Fanny" Malcolm and William Caldwell b. 9 Sep 1861, his parents were Martha Paul and William Caldwell b. 14 Apr 1833. My grandfather was a George Alexander Caldwell, born in Scotland, who married Elsie Irene Hutchings (also from Scotland, possibl born in Leeds, England). They were married in Toronto, Ontario.
