1. Lock the Door! Keep it locked at all times, even when you are inside the building. Did I say, Lock the Door already?
2. Guests are only allowed in the building if there are at least two Militia members present. This will avoid individual members taking the blame for damages caused by guests, as you will have a valid witness with you.
3. The lantern on the wall cannot be removed. However, it must be refilled as it does not stay on forever. So, turn it off when not in use! Whenever you come to the building, please try to bring along at least one flask of oil to donate for the lantern. If you do not need to use it at that time, put it in the 2nd chest.
4. Those of you that transport sacks of supplies to the building, try to empty the sacks contents into one or more of the chests or boxes already there. When doing that, put the items into the chest or box that has the same type of items in it that you are now depositing. Those empty sacks can either be taken back with you, or put into the chest that contains empty sacks.
5. Feel free to leave messages on the writing equipment provided.
