Hey look... It's Dawson's Creek. Wait a minute, didn't we see this episode a few months ago? Surely this is the episode where Dawson goes of to college..... Yes, I thought so! Another sodding repeat. Typical.

You'd be really horrified if you knew the actual number of repeat programs on the box now. I lost count and fell asleep so sadly, I'm unable to give you the exact number. All you have to do is take a look at the TV or Radio Times to see the problem. Check for the little (R) for repeat, at the end of the description of each program. Virtually the only ones without this sign are news programs. You can understand
films being repeated as there are so many of them they don't repeat them too often, but with everything else, OMG. Look at the price you're paying for your teRogueTradersion licence these days too, over £100 per year! For repeats! Now here's the rub, have you noticed how many shows get repeated twice or even three times per week? Your hard earned licence money is not being spent on the new programs you should be seeing. Instead you're being ripped off, and unless you complain, it will carry on like this with the tv companies laughing at you for not noticing. These people all receive nice fat pay cheques, ostensibly from you!

So get your pens and paper out and write to these companies, the producers and the complaint sections. Do it while it's fresh in your mind. Tell them what you think of their repeats. It's the only way to change anything. People Power!
