Chinese Temple in Nagasaki

These shots are from the Chinese Temple in Nagasaki. Behind the temple is a museum which helped to convince us that China would be a nice destination Christmas 1998. The temple itself is colourful (strangely so for Japan), and has kind of a baroque appeal. Dragons abound.
