Greed Island

For starters, Greed Island is a game created by Jin and his friends after they have learnt the Nen. It basically helps you make you stronger as well as earn three precious things.

First of all the game was originally sold at 6.7 Billion? "Jenis" and there are only 100 of those games. you have to be someone who knows the nen to go into the game. It would also help if you are a Hunter. (The cards are written in Hunter language). To actually go into the game you need to emit your "Ren" (See "The Nen") which will then transport you into the game.

The game consists in collecting cards. after you collect a certain number of these cards you go back to the reality and you get to keep three of the selected cards.

Some things to know about...

Up to now, Gon, Kilua, and Biske collected over 50 cards
There are two major groups collecting cards, one of it's leader is Tsezugera, the guy who decided weather or not the people engaged by M.Battera was strong enough, and the other group consists in 4 leaders. The have now been killed by Boomer.

The Game itself

The game is basically an RPG, you have to go around and ask the various characters some info. After, you need to buy things to complete the game. Those things are cards.

The Cards

The cards are the essential thing of the game, without those you basically have no chance in completing the game. You need to collect 100 cards, each of them with a degree of difficulty. It's either SS, S, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H "H" being the most common thing, "SS" being the rarest. Click here for a picture of a sample card. You get cards by beating monsters, or picking up things from the ground, or even winning competitions. You can also buy them, exchange them, or steal them.

The cards are:

Attack
Defense
Other

In number 3 there are numerous cards which are either things like "Good Luck Dice" "Growth Pills" and many others. So we can't really put those in a category.
