If you don't already know about The Major, you're only going to get the full story from gathering tidbits from his various postings. I cannot express in words the sheer hilarity of almost everything this guy said. Let us all bow our heads and mourn his passing...

MajorBarcalow was a regular poster at the TrekBBS from the fall of 2001 to early February 2002. He lasted but for a little while, yet brought fun and good times to so many people. He was known by many names: Barky, Barcalounger, Barcaloner, Majorbarking, Bearclaw, The Good Major, and Norman Bates among them. Sadly, some of MB's threads have passed into the great beyond known as the TrekBBS archives, a place from which no thread has ever been seen to return.
