I, for one, am glad to see the
Geogazette here. There's allot of information offered for everyone to
check out and use as they will. From the looks of these pages, there
was allot of time and effort put into creating each and every page...as
well as allot of research. Keep up the good work with it!

| I feel that there is a better
way |
While I commend you on your effort to keep the hoods together, I must say
that I feel that there is a better way! Perhaps you should consider going
with the flow for the new site listings, or start your own domain with the
abilities to host free sites. It would seem that Yahoo is getting the upper
hand when all the CLs must scratch & claw their way to recognition that we
once had... The CL program is still very much alive but I think that it has
suffered some serious losses and needs to completely learn to work together
as a team instead of as a team of separate hoods.

you Denise.....I agree that the Cl program has suffered a BIG
loss....Yes we do believe that ALL the Hoods & Cl's need to work
together...IF the program is to continue.....WE of the GeoGazette have
thought about a Domain.....BUT as that can be costly...would like to see
more support from our fellow Cl's....Everyday we receive Letters like
yours...and everyday the support we are getting is growing...So who
knows...IT might be in our future. AND that would make me very happy..

Well we thought that the Cl's of before..when Geocities was a
"FAMILY"
would want in someway to become that again.....WHERE we all
could go to each other..ask for help..questions..etc..could return in some
way..our prior relationships.
Since Yahoo has dumped us..and there is virtually no way for our steaders
to find us...
Nothing more than that......IT took long hours to get this GeoGazette
together...and we thought ... ...that the Cl's would want some sort
of "melting pot" type thing...
It was NOT intended as spam....or anything else.........
Thank you for your response...as I have no idea who you are..I am unable
to remove you from my cl list.....
