Waver 
This is just a program that makes your plain text in to a kinda "wave" with HTML tags. It's a VERY simple program (took me a good 15 minutes), and it may be usful to people who wants to display their text in a wave. To run this program you will need the VB5 (SP2) runtime files. It can be downloaded from my web site. Or if you don't want to waste time, you can check out my JavaScript version of Waver. You can find that in my site also. It's just as good as the VB version but it allows you to preview your wave. Note: The generated waves can be hard to see if used incorrectly! (v3.0, 01/31/98, 88KB, FREE )
