Sunburn

I left my home
But not alone
I went to see my girls.

The sun so hot
I had a lot
And now I am all burned.

A bright red nose
That’s how it goes
Arms and legs are  sore.

You’d think I’d learn
How not to burn
It hurts so much you know.

I’m home again
But still in pain
A longer time I think.
