Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh is a city with a strange feel. There are a few well kept areas, like the restaurant strip along the river and the royal palace, but when you step away from those everything is very run down. About the most colorful thing away from the tourist spots are the coffins.
Much nicer than Western coffihs, I think
