Expressions of the Spirit

E. Diann Cook, born in New York City, is a visual and vocal artist, educator, and youth advocate.  She received her B.A. and her M.S. from Central Connecticut State University.  Ms. Cook's visual concentration is in acrylic painting, drawing, mixed media, and collage.  She is the creator and co-founder of a successful youth art company for Greater Hartford area students.  Cook provides artistic consultations and workshops for youth and adult group organizations.  She is a former Pumphouse board member and a current UAI/Connecticut Commission of the Arts member.  Ms. Cook has worked and displayed her art in numerous city and community agencies and has exhibited her work throughout Connecticut.  She believes that we should strive for appreciation of all God's children.
