Unlike any other tool, this one consider BOTH positive and negative factors and characteristics of an offender. The sentencing comm. was asked to study and recommend a Sex Offender Risk Assessment System and forms. This contains quite a bit of useful information, although several of the pictures of different instruments are showing up as a blank. I presume whoever created the PDF file forgot to check its accuracy. The written information is still very valuable.
