Shubham bhai: 1) No sound needed as far as i know. takes too much bandwidth. 2) grafix need to be toned down. 3) optimised for 800x600 or less. 4) I don't know how much bandwidth javascript takes. probably not a lot. only use it where necessary. 5) avoid frames as much as u can. because, if the window size changes, everything starts overlapping and stuff. keep pics/text spread apart on horizontal frames so that regardless of size, u can still make sense out of it. 6) Content matter is there. the BMS page was the one i mainly looked at. made good sense. i don't get the point of putting such a huge picture on the front page of ur website. in my opinion front page should be kept small and easily navigatable so that vi itors don't get pissed off while waiting for it to load. first impressions last. i tried teh sardar vallabhai school (surat) page. It was awful. I have a T3 connection (maximum theoretical speed of 10mbps - tha' almost 200 times faster than dial up). AND T STILL TOOK A FEW MINUTES FOR THE PAGE TO LOAD UP. i can't imagine it on a 56K connection. overall. u are getting there. oh. and remember KISS - Keep it simple stupid.
