Pre-registration deadline is October 15, 2003.

On-site registration will be available but lunch will not be included.

Half-day tickets ($15 adults, $5 children, 10am-1pm or 1pm-4pm) 

will be available on-site only; lunch not included.

Adam's Mark Hotel restaurants will be available to onsite registrants.
