Italy has 8,000 kilometers of coastline, a mountain range defining its
northern border and another running through the spine of the country. It boasts
a climate that bakes the southern part of the country in summer and wraps the
north in frozen blanket of snow in the winter months. When you add the
creativity and joie de vivre of Italians to this mix the result is an explosion
