Beaches

Island based usually means one is never that far from the sea and the Beach. Some of these are known internationally, many are not. Boracay is among the Best Beaches in the World and popular Hotspot with Tourists and locals alike. Where you have a beach, you have swimming and the Philippines offers beautiful clear coral fringed waters. There are many less well known destinations in the Philippines that offer beautiful unspoilt beaches and tropical Palm fringed scenery. These may not have 5 accommodation and facilities however. Cebu probably offers the biggest range of high class Resorts to choose from.
