Before discussing exactly how much we charge we need to outline what you, the client, will get when hiring KAVAMILINA.

We call our finished product the ‘Landscape Design Package. To say we simply provide you with a set of ‘take-off” plans to take to a landscaper would be incorrect. Our intent is to thoroughly understand your goals and your property and give you a package that you can use in a variety of ways. Please visit the Landscape Design Package page before moving on.

KAVAMILINA has charged clients $450 for frontyards and clients with large country properties $2500. This is an approximation and we stress that anything and everything is possible. Final fees are determined after the introductory meeting and once the property or area can be walked around.

The following guideline gives you an idea of what you can expect when working with KAVAMILINA for your landscape planning.

    CONTRACT SIGNED (50% upfront)

  3. Client consultation.
    Questionnaire, planning tools, pictures, are used in a thorough discussion of design possibilities.

  4. PRELIMINARY PLAN PROVIDED (15%)

  5. Feedback meeting with client

  6. SECONDARY PLAN PROVIDED (10%)

  7. Finalize plans

  8. Presentation of Landscape Design Package
