Services

A good landscape involves three distinct steps: Design, Installation and Maintenance. KAVAMILINA can help you with the design phase. We provide each client with a Landscape Design Package after meeting with you, examining your site and asking many questions. It is our goal to uncover your needs for your property, your future desires, find out how you use your yard, what you like or what your don’t like. The possibilities are endless when it comes to landscape design, so we hope that we can make the process somewhat easier by providing you with a set of plans laid out in phases that will allow you to reach your end goal -- a beautiful property!

The Landscape Design Package we provide you with can be taken to a landscaper or can be implemented by you and your family. A good plan is essential, as landscape mistakes can quickly become expensive and frustrating for those who do not know what to do or where to start.

KAVAMILINA uses a “Total Property Planning” concept to ensure you get the best recommendation. By total property we mean that everything on your property is considered in the development of your plan.

This ‘total property planning’ does not mean you cannot just hire us for one area of your property though. We are happy to help you whatever your wish and budget, but be assured that we will be thorough and look at your overall property when making recommendations. For example if a client were to request some planning to a back yard we would look at the house and the position of the deck (if any) and ask appropriate questions about the future, kids, pools, etc so as to make the best possible proposal. If trees were part of the plan, as they often are on new properties, special thought must be taken as to where the tree should go to provide a visual block, shade, protection to the house, etc. Only by looking at the big picture and making a plan for the future can you ensure that your landscaping efforts today do not become expensive mistakes in years to come.
