Harvest Moon 64: Festivals

Spring-

8-Planting Festival
-Also known as the sowing festival. The Harvest King will ride a hot air balloon with a partner that he chooses, spreading seeds everywhere.

17-Horse Racing
-People from different villages come to race in this horse race. Train your horse and ride him everyday to prepare for this festival.

18-22-Vote for the queen
-Go to the town square during Spring 18-22 and cast a vote in the ballot for the girl you want as the goddess of this years Flower Festival.

23-Flower Festival
-Celebrate the month where flowers bloom with the goddess. The winner for the goddess ballot will dance with the Harvest King.

Summer-

1-Fireworks
-A night to watch the fireworks for a fresh new start of summer. Get together with the girl, and watch the fireworks with her.

9-Vegetable Festivals
-Enter a vegetable and see if you win.

17-Firefly festival
-This event is to guide the lost spirits. Fireflys will be placed in pink flowers. Your job is to watch the flower drift away across the ocean.

24-Sea Festival
-Swimming contest. Test your skills in swimming in this contest.

Fall-

4-Cow Festival
-Enter your best adult cow into this festival to be judged. This festival is held at the Green Ranch.

12-Harvest Festival
-See who is the next years Harvest King. Each character grabs a cake to eat, whoever eats the cake with the coin inside will become next years Harvest King.

20-Egg Festival
-Find all the matching eggs to win.

28-Horse Race
-Same as Spring's Horse Race.

Winter-

10-Thanksgiving
-Thanksgiving Festival is when the girls gives the guys cake. The girl who has a crush on you will come by your house and give you a cake, so stay home unless your busy. If all five girls have a crush on you, than each girl will come every two hours in the game.

19-Dog Racing
-People from different villages came to enter their dogs in this dog race. Train your dog everyday to have a better chance of winning.

24-Starry Night
-Watch the stars with your favourite girl or celebrate it with Ann, Elli and Maria in the church.

27-Spirit Festival
-Watch or join the dance of the Spirits. If you're the Harvest King, you are able to play music in the Spirit Festival.

30-New Years Eve
-Party all Night! Go to the church or the bar to enjoy and relax. Then, watch the sunrise with you favourite girl.
