Stress Management

Stress management can improve the quality of your life and overall health and wellness.  Learn simple doable and time conscious techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine, regardless of how busy you think you are.  Through supportive group environments participants develop a sense of understanding of the mid/body connection and learn positive ways to balance and enhance mood states in their persoal and professional lives.
