Life Skills for Health and Wellness

Respectful listening, researched information, methods for stress management, improved nutrition and exercise practices along with individual life style goals invite each person to participate in their own healing and self care.  One to one peer counseling providing a "big picture" of health and wellness.

Individual profiles include: A personal intake form discussing each individuals physical, nutritional, environmental and spiritual needs and goals.  Personalized methods to keep themselves balanced in their world.  Some methods include stress management, nutrition, and exercise goals, awareness and integration of complimentary and medical practices with health and wellness strategies.
