We're happy that you're considering joining MAMMA. Please, read the following 'Membership Agreement'. If you find it agreeable, fill it out and 'send' it to our Membership Coordinator.

Membership Agreement:

I (we), the undersigned, am (are) seeking membership in MAMMA (M+others Aligned for Military & Murder Accountability).

I (we) understand that membership in MAMMA is just that and that being a member of MAMMA does not nullify membership in any other organization, nor does it prohibit me (us) from joining any other organization(s).

I (we) understand that MAMMA membership has an 'open' listing policy and that contact information provided will be on a list that is available to ALL enrolled members.

I (we) understand that MAMMA is actively engaged in efforts to expose wrong doings, including, but not limited to murders, to seek redress of these situations.

I (we) understand that 'numbers speak' and I (we) want to help MAMMA's whisper become a roar! and realize that my (our) membership will be used as an indicator of the number of people who recognize that the military has problems that require honest evaluation and attention.

I (we) understand that at this time, other than to give weight to MAMMA's demands for accountability, nothing is expected of me (us), but that I (we) am expected to make known to fellow members any ideas or contacts that might advance and/or enhance efforts to attain military accountability.

I (we) understand that any information on the 'Membership List' is not to be used for any reason outside the parameters established by MAMMA.

To be registered as a 'Family Member', fill out Sections I & II.
To be registered as a 'Comrade in Arms', fill out Section I and 1 & 3 of II.
To be registered under 'General Membership', just fill out Section I.
