Ive waited tables for 20+ years now. How unfortunate is that? Im surprised we dont have more websites like yours. More power to you. I hate the verbal gratuity tables. Those are the ones that tell you over and over how wonderful everything is and then stiff you. Im skeptical of these overzealous people everytime. Good luck to you and your web page.

hey how you doin...i am currently a waiter at [censored by Bob] on long island. ive been a waiter for a little over 3 months. i went online searching for tips on how to increase your tips...that was when i stumbled upon your website. i figured since you're experienced, u might be able to help me out. if you have the time, if you could just give me some good pointers, that would really be appreciated.

Sorry DaVe, but that isn't really what this site is about. Besides, I don't really know what the secret to good tips really is. Basically, as with any job, I just do my best. If the customer wants to tip me, they tip me. If a cheapskate wants to stiff me, they'll find an excuse to do that no matter what I do (which *is* what this site is about).

Also, I hope you don't mind that I censored your place of employement out. I did that because:

• I'm not paid to advertise for your employer
• Your message could be interpreted as "How can I milk my customers for bigger tips", which could come back to bite you if your boss or your guests see this.
