MHy Music...

Music is an essential part of my life. From the Timbales in High School to the Keyboard nowadays, I've always found in it a way and a refuge...

  • In terms of musicians and bands, my most respected artist continues to be Peter Gabriel. Here's a pointer to Radio Real World. Among the artists that have surrounded him in RW, I highly recommend the work of Geoffrey Oryema, from Uganda.
  • From New Age to Ambient
  • Vangelis The Man and the Music
    Yanni Yet another greek man!
Monsieur Jean-Michel Jarre Jarre Mania Pages
    Eric Serra
Kitaro The Man and the Music
    Enya Irish breezes...
    Enigma
Deep Forest (if you like these last two, try Indigo)
BJörk: a new album by her is coming out this month!
  • Depeche Mode
  • ... to Techno

Lost Highway (not casual: Trent Reznor stuff again!)
    Trainspotting
Until the End of the World
Strange Days (not casual either the appearance of Graeme Revell - exceptional composer from Down Under!)
    Virtuosity
    The Saint
  • The genre of Female Vocalists, all by itself...
  • Tori Amos Bryan's Tori Pages
    Paula Cole
Sarah McLachlan her last album (already at the top of the charts for more than four weeks) is simply exceptional
    Jane Siberry
  • Rock Groups
  • Marillion Are you an Afishionado? and The Web Online
Genesis The Path is Clear... or it was... Their new album is a little dissapointing
Yes: Notes from the Edge. Take a look to their history (in Spanish!)
    - La Magia de los 70's: Yes.
U2: Henry Wagner's World. Pop! just hit the top of my head off!! Gilberto assembled a GREAT page about the album and the Band, and there's a quite complete POP Archive
Nine Inch Nails... Trent Reznor's work remains too interesting as a musical and intelectual challenge!
The Police and also Sting by himself.
King Crimson: CrimsOnline. I have also written their history in Spanish - La Magia de los 70's: King Crimson.
Pink Floyd All that is Floydian. Not too long ago I steped across The Mysteies of Pink Floyd: I urge you to check them out!
  • Rock in Spanish
  • Fito Paez (Argentina): fabuloso su trabajo Euforia!!
Charly Garcia (Argentina), Serú Girán, La Máquina de Hacer Pájaros y Sui Generis
