Our service delivery system is purely need based.  Our consulting Rehabilitation Professionals are well experienced and dedicated to humanitarian service.  Our special teachers, foster care mothers are special educated trainees and they are all well experienced in Mentally Retarded Childrens' Training.  We provide high quality service with the help of our special educator teachers, physio therapist, speech therapist, physchiatrists, foster care mothers and maid servants etc.

The Institution follows 6:1 student teacher ration in school.  Arunodaya Residential provide high nutrition food and frequent medical check up to their residentail mentally retarded children.  The children are trained in systematic manner.

Other than education children are taught in co-curricular activities like dance, drama, singing, story telling etc.  Every afternoon children are given practice in sports and games.  Teachers also play with them.
