The Characters: These first five characters were the beginnings of our Magiverse. All five were Doug's creations. He even had back stories for all of these. All I had to do was flesh out his rough takes on each character, and we were on a roll.
ARMAGEDDYN: Cosmic Bubba, The lynchpin of the Magiverse. This good-ole East (by God) Tennessee country boy of African descent possesses the power of a demi-god. quote: "It ain't nothin' to me to whoop a man's ass!" (Created by W. D. Freeman)

NIMBUS, the CHOSEN ONE: Akim Slor of Soulara in the Califaxia star system. Leader of the Soularan Freedom Fighters looks African and shares a heritage with the peoples of Earth. quote: "Purple haze, it's in my brain." (Created by W. D. Freeman)

The Characters, Part 2: Once we began, we looked through our combined portfolios of characters, and plots that we had hatched over the ywars, and we pulled a lot of these oldies, but goodies out, and reworked them to fit into our beloved Magiverse. Many of them were pulled into our epic adventure that I named, "The Soularan Redemption Covenant" This story told the Tale of Nimbus' Freedom Fighters as they try to retake Soulara from the Evil of the DARKLORD. This first group of heroes, we dubbed, appropriately enough, Nimbus Freedom Fighters.
