| | Plain and simple, use it, its a really good card. His
power allows you to perform two extra energy attacks doing 4 life cards
for 2 power stages(total of 8 life cards for 4 power stages).

| | 9/24/01. Cell Saga Piccolo Hi-Tech
| | Last week dbzcardgame.com released a couple of pictures
of the new Hi-Tech cards for the new Main Personalitys in the Cell Saga
expansion. I'm here to tell you how good or bad the the Piccolo Level 3
Hi-Tech card is. Well in my opinion the card is awesome. Put a card back
into your life deck and then draw one from the top into your hand. I
think this is his best one yet, except, maybe the Level 3 from the Saiyan
Saga that has Multi-Form, even still Piccolo power of 3,000,000 well
come in handy. So I say use it if you can, cause its a pretty good card.
