my name is Lim Lee, Joyce Esther. my surname is "Lim" together with a single syllabic name of "Lee" which is "Li" in hanyu pinyin which means "good" in chinese. u usually see this name associated with money and prosperity like "da ji da li", "li yi", "li run". if u are not chinese or cannot read hanyu pinyin...then i cant help u coz i dunno how to translate them in english..haha...anybody can help?? :)

Joyce - Joyful. just a name i called myself as i got older...
Esther - my baptism name. there's various meaning to this name. i chose it coz of the meaning "Humility of Spirit" . well, not i choose it, but rather God who chose it for me. and it does not actually mean i am full of humility and i am very humble. on the contrary, i think Pride is one of my weakness. and this is a virtue in me which i felt God wants me to have in my life and that's why He gave me this name. :)

Literally, Esther means myrtle (an evergreen shrub) or a star and it originates from Persia. its spiritual meaning is "victorious" (if i din remember wrongly) with accompanying scripture of Esth 2:17. Esther is obviously taken from the book of Esther in the Bible. Esther was a courageous queen who stood in the gap (meaning intervene for lives) for her own countrymen when an evil person wanted to massacre the whole race of Jews. well, if u wanna noe why she is courageous, read the book of Esther in the Bible.haha.

so that means, u can call me Joyce/ Esther/ Joyce Esther/ Lim Lee/ Lin Li or simply Lee.

i just turned 21 this year on 2nd july, and tt means im an adult now. i am a singaporean with black hair, brown eyes. i am a female and stands at the height of 1.62m and weight i cant tell u. i am bespectacle. i am a child of God, full time student, part time fishmonger since 12. my desire is to know my Creator and more of HIM and to be full time in the ministry. i waste a lot of time on the my computer. i like to read, use the computer, design graphics and websites, photography, tenpin bowling, jogging, playing the guitar, composing, enjoy theatreworks and of all of which i am a jack of all trades but master of none. i had a dog named Jackie who was with me for 9 years before he passed away. dun think i am going to have one ever again. :(

i am a quiet person but getting noisier which cause me to think whether i am an introvert or an extrovert(?) i like to be alone but dun seemed to have much chances nowadays. i like to tok abt myself (as u can see... narcisstic?) but yet i prefer people to know me without me telling them abt myself. i am rather sensitive. i value my family + friends a lot. maybe u think i have schizophrenia. no... but rather my character has changed quite a lot ever since i came to know the Lord. and i give Him thanks for it. (thank You, Lord) He has changed my life around, as well as my character. He is the Rock of my salvation, the Hope of my life.

And, by the grace of GOD, i am what i am. :)
