TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Time management is a very important concept to get in the habit of doing:
- determine
what takes priority - your school work or hanging out with friends
- use a planner to keep track of
homework, assignments, tests
- prioritize
your homework - do the most important things first
- establish a regular time slot to
study
- try working your extra-curricular
activities around this time slot
- plan ahead
- don't leave major tests and assignments to the last second
- don't try to do too many things
at once (ie. going to school, playing sports, clubs, volunteering,
working)
- if you see your marks dropping, try to spend more time studying and get some more sleep during the night
