Speakers are the cornerstone of the ThinkFirst
for Teens Programs. Our
VIP Speakers area able to connect with the students at the programs and help
them understand what a poor decision or choice can cause. All of our
speakers are from Northwest Louisiana and the surrounding area. They speak
to students about what has happened to them and how their life and their
families lives have changed as a result of the injury. All of the VIP's
have a brain or spinal cord injury.
Despite hardships our speakers are gone on with their lives after their
injuries and some have gotten married and some have had children. It is
amazing what one can accomplish faced with hardships.
