Laws and Regulations

Governments and some organisations around the world pass some laws to regulate the information being publish on the internet but because of its broad spectrum and different policy from different countries (state) around the world regarding its use, it become useless.

However, some of them have the same goals or objectives on what kind of materials need to regulate and to control. Many want to control the publication of pornography, explicit materials and violence act. But sadly it still accessible easily on the internet by just one click, some website try to put a warning that the website that the user want to access has explicit image or you need to be 18 to access it but it doesn’t stop users to continue accessing it.

Internet is a publication site, and according to many everybody needs a freedom of speech. If people’s mentalities are always like this, there is no way that The Internet will be regulated and businesses will always take advantage on this situation.
