First,  I give and demise to my nephew  Jesse Brady, the remander of all my lands and tennements to him,  his heirs and assign forever, provided he shall pay in one year after my decease,  sixty dollars to my sister Mary Washbon and William Brady,  Robinson Brady,  sons of John Brady and John Brundig, William Brundig, Zebulon Brundig,  sons of Thomas Brundig,  and I do make constitute and appoint and ordane my nephew, Ruben Brady to be my executor in trust for my said heirs.

In Witness whereof,  I,  the said Zebulon Brady,  have to my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the sixteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four.
