| Madame Tussaud's Sometime during the French Revolution, Miss Tussaud was given the task of making death masks of those unfortunates who were executed, usually by the guillotine. A gruesome task, but the rumor is that she'd have lost her own head had she refused. She became so skilled that even after the war she was in demand to copy the faces of the living. So began the phenomenon that is now Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. |

| This woman isn't made of wax. A strange coincidence happened to us in Edinburgh. Chloe had been reading "The Guinness Book of World Records", and was intrigued by this woman. She holds the record for most body piercings (over 400!). Anyway, she got off a bus and ran right into our mom! We chased her down the street, and she was very charming & posed with us. Small world! |
