Scottish Football in Europe

Celtic have now officially gained the 16th seeding position for the 3rd qualifying round of next seasons Champions League after Real Madrid won the Champions League.
Notes
  • As the draw for the 3rd qualifying round is made before the 2nd qualifying round takes place, the teams below who will compete in the 2nd qualifying round (Boavista, Bruges, Sturm Graz and  Sparta Prague) will automatically be seeded in the 3rd qualifying round. If any of these teams are defeated in the 2nd qualifying round, their conquerors will be seeded in the 3rd qualifying round and not the next team with the highest coefficient.
  • Celtic being seeded would obviously mean that they will play any of the teams listed on the unseeded column below.
  • Teams with an (*) have still to qualify from the 2nd qualifying round
