Complaints to the General Medical Council About Doctors If you want to complain about the doctor involved in your child's care you should write a letter to the GMC. Where justified a parent can complain about any doctor who was involved in the care of their child. The complaint can include any concerns about the treatment of the child before death, as well as the retention of organs. The more parents who complain individually, the more effective this will be - the GMC will have to take notice. In the letter of complaint you need to include:
