Each and every day can be a difficult time for families who have lost children. There are so many reminders of our loss with everything we encounter - things can be even more difficult to handle on special personal days and public holidays. If you need to talk to someone, do! Don't be alone.

Child Death Helpline 0800 282986 is open every evening 7-10pm. Also Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10.00am - 1.00pm
