Myrtle Street Update

Unfortunately we cannot bring you any news of progress with regard to the building in Myrtle Street.

Liverpool City Council who are landlords for the building are waiting for the University of Liverpool to surrender their tenancy.

We are hoping to hold a meeting with both the Council and the University to move this matter forward and we will keep you informed of any further developments.

The aim of PITY II remains the same, this building MUST be demolished.

 

 

PITY II (Parents who have Interred Their Young Twice) is the parents' support group set up in the wake of the organ retention scandal
at Alder Hey Hospital (Liverpool, UK). It aims to provide self help support and advice to affected families.
