An Apology from Dr Chan

Jan Dacombe recently flew to Australia to see the pathologist, Dr Chan, who was responsible for retaining the organs of her child, James Christian. Dr Chan worked with Professor van Velzen. She asked for the following to be put in the newsletter

"At my meeting with Dr Y Chan at Melbourne Childrens Hospital he gave me an apology to bring back to all the Alder Hey parents. He agreed that the procedure had been very wrong and we all deserved an apology. If anyone would like more information on the meeting please contact me via the office
