Out Central run 3 different theme evenings and this area to give you more information about what happens at each one. We also recommend you read members' experiences and view our galleries.

Saturdays: 3.30 - 5.30 pm

Social Afternoon is an opportunity to meet other members and relax at the weekend. Open to ALL members.

Fridays: 6.30 - 8.30 pm

Fridays are only for Lesbian, bisexual women and those who are questioning their sexuality.

This evening is currently not running.

Wednesdays: 6.30 - 8.30 pm

Wednesdays are open to ALL Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, transgender and those who are questioning their sexuality youth aged 14 - 25 years old. We do a wide range of activities on Wednesdays and attract wide range of young people from the LGBT youth community.

Healthy Gay Life comes to visit the group to discuss various issues with us. They are set to come to Group once a month on the following dates below:

19 April - Self harm (can you sort it out by talking about it?)

17 May - Sexual Health, HIV/Aids, STIs

21 June - Sexuality

19 July - Mental health (understanding and care for friends and relatives)

16 August - Reporting homophobia (VEV, reporting pack)

20 September - Counselling

18 October - Relaxation

15 November - Movement, body awareness

20 December - Christmas Party
