blackpool

saturday morning we went walked to the pleasure beach. the blackpool illuminations were all out and although switched off during the day i enjoyed them quite a bit.
seeing as i was in blackpool, i thought i would be able to have a good time without seeing anyone i knew, but to my surprise i saw my friend pat. i hadn't seen him since his birthday celebrations at the proms a couple of months ago.
the journey to the pleasure beach was quite long so i had to have a rest. all the benches were taken but a nice young bear called dave allowed me to sit with him. he was a very pleasant bear and we chatted before i had to leave!!

i have recently bean away for the weekend to blackpool!! i went with pete and his family again as they are always fun to go away with. we arrived on friday evening and left sunday morning. i shall tell you about my saturday there and the fun i had.

we soon arrived at the plesaure beach and i was very excited, i couldn't decide what ride to go on so i thought i'd sit on this mouse that was near by. little did i know that he was a ride!! at first i was a little scared but i hung on and braved it out!!
but if i thought that was scary it was nothing compare to the next ride i went on........

on the way to the pleasure beach we passed the famous blackpool tower. i was too scared to climb up it so i decided to just have my photo taken with it.
