   As a local Councillor, I ask you to explain where all the financial reserve contributions have gone to? In our ward, specifically, where have the reserves been spent? And in Mt Eden North, where have they been spent? As a local resident of Mt Eden, I am opposed to the proposed development of 17 Kelly St into 22 townhouses. If the developer paid $1.6million for the site...well surely that's a bargain for Council, if you sincerely wish to be proactive in your stated desire and statutory obligation to attend to the green space deficiencies in Mt Eden?!
