Hi and welcome to my homepage! I have many interests, so I figured that I would take the time and share them with you!
One of my main interests right now is giving out information on Gastric Bypass Surgery. I recently (May 9th, 2001) had a Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass. I took the months before my surgery to read others' websites and get info! On my WLS website, you will find my journal, pics, helpful info, etc.
Another interest of mine is finding some good recipes to share with everyone! I love to cook, and with this surgery, I have needed to change my eating habits. I am focusing on protein, staying away from carbs, and watching what I eat! So I will post recipes as I go along...I will let you know if I've tried them or not! Also, I like to make bath products (soaps, etc). So I'll share some of my recipes for that as well!
I am an avid reader, and plan on sharing books I have read, and what I think of them too! Also, some of my favorite poems will be here.
I am learning to crochet, and that has been pretty funny! I am working on an afghan...so I am thinking of having a page about crocheting!
