It is only when a Plan is drawn, one begins to feel the inconveniences,

drawbacks, lack of spaces, excess of spaces (!) and what not...!

So, in that case it should be modified. Otherwise it - the First Plan - will be

of no use.

(In many cases this plan-modification, in order to reach to the Final Plan is the lengthiest process

in the planning stage. There could be a lot of reasons for this. But, basically it is because of the fact
