In many cases, a builder may not be aware fully about his requirements
of his own building - with some exceptions like - say, he will be knowing
how many bed rooms/main rooms it should have and the number of floors
or storey - AND, nothing else...!
In that case, INNGOIN is supposed to extract from his mind what all things
he requires for his building, and then plan it accordingly.
