March. 31, 2003 Don't you know? Haven't you heard? The Lord is the everlasting God; he created all the world. He never grows tired or weary. No one understands his thoughts. He strenthens those who are weak and tired. Even those who are young grow weak; young men can fall exhausted. But those who trust in the Lord for help will find their strenth renewed. They will rise on wings like eagles; they will run and not get weary; they will walk and not grow weak. Isaiah 40:28-31 |
April. 25, 2003 The result of the survey turned out to be more complicated than I expected. There are age and culture differences as well as gender. Esp. culture differences seem to be evident between Europe and Asia. Cohabitation has been common in Europe, so Europeans' view on the cohabitation is quite different from that of Asians. I was supposed to show men's and women's perspective on cohabitation. Now, I don't know how to deal with this complication. May. 2, 2003 I went to Youngdong junior high school where I'm going to be a student teacher this month. So, I won't be able to attend the class for a month. I'm afraid that I won't be able to play dual roles, a student teachr and a university student, at the same time. |

I finished practicing teaching in Youngdong middle school. I taught grade 7th students English. I had really great time with them. I missed many things from my classes, because of being absent, but I¡¯ve got so many things from my experience as a student teacher in the middle school. English classes in a middle school have improved since I graduated in terms of teaching and learning methods and environment. I can see more students in Korea are getting better at English skills.
